Wonderful benefits that individual attention provides, while training with similarly skilled athletes.

 

Small Groups – As for small groups, we normally only train 2-3 athletes at the same time.  This option has all the same wonderful benefits that one on one training does, but with the big difference being we will only train athletes with similar skill sets at the same time. This allows the athletes to get the most out of their training session.  Depending on the athlete’s needs and what they are working on, training with someone may just be the push they needed. It is a perfect combo!
